Problem
When using the Paste Special then Linked to Text command dde links do
not work

Solution
What you need to do is go to your control panels then select SYSTEM.
Under the advanced tab click Environment Variables. With in this dialog
box go to System variables and search for path. What you need to do is
add the path of excel in here. Just go to t he last path in there and
add ;C:\Program Files\MicroSoft Office\OFFICE11\ .
You need to be a local administrator to do this on your system.
