Problem
Raster not attached in command line batch process
When using the keyin "raster attach fixed <(><<)>path to file>" as part
of a batch process, the raster is attached correctly using Utilities >
Batch Process within MicroStation. However, when the saved batch
process is run from the command line, the raster is not attached as
expected.

Solution
The command line batch processor does not automatically load certain
MDLs that are required for certain functions of MicroStation. In order
to run "raster attach fixed ..." keyin using the command line batch
processor, add in the line "mdl load RASTMGR" prior to the raster attach
line.
