Problem

Is there any way to globally scale multiple custom linestyles in a
design file?

Solution

You can select the linestyles one at a time to globally change the scale
or all linestyles at the same time.

From Custom Linestyle box select linestyle and set scale.
Select the particular linestyle with a fence or Selectby Attributes.
Use Change Element Attributes tool to change all of the selected
linestyles in the file.
OR
Select the Custom Linestyles that you want to scale and Key-In "Change
Linestyle Scale <(><<)>#>. This will scale all custom linestyles that
are selected.
