Problem

Point files not supported in Point Clouds. How to bring point files into Point Clouds that are not listed?

Solution

Files that are not in the file type list in the Attach dialog for Point Clouds can be converted to ASCII file format and then be attached as generic text files. These files will be converted to a Pointools PODS (*.pods) file that will bring in the points.
