Problem

Can a polygon be converted into triangles?

Solution

Key-in: facet dialog.

This will bring up the Facet Dialog box.

Click on the Facet tab, and set the Max Num Edges to 3.

Then click on the contours tab, click on 'Triangulate Contours'.

Then select the element you want to convert.
