Inside MicroStation is one of the first introductory user guides published by a third party to enter the book market. Published in 1989, it has gone on to sell more than 50,000 copies over its 19 years in print. The book started out life as an idea for a book about MicroStation Macintosh by Frank Conforti, the author of the book but quickly expanded in scope to cover all versions of MicroStation.
The latest version of Inside MicroStation is the Inside MicroStation CONNECT Edition. It is the newest addition to the list of Inside MicroStation books. It is a three volume series of reference guides which will serve as a learning tool for new users of MicroStation. These volumes are published by Bentley Institute Press as an e-publication.
