Issue: I tried to install sacs 5.4 on a computer with windows 7 and internet explorer 10, I got the error message (internet explorer version later than 5.01 is required). 

Solution: Please uninstall internet explorer 10, install sacs 5.4 and then reinstall internet explorer 10. The issue persists with SACS 5.3 V8i also.

SACS 5.5 supports IE 10. If you can, please upgrade the software.
