Solution:
Download the following file: "B313_6.2_SRC.zip"
This file contains 3 files:
autob313.src - SRC file to update B31.3 library
build.txt - Rename file after unziping to build.exe, program required to compile an SRC file to a LIB file.
Build_material Library.doc - file to provide details about the fformatted SRC file
Note that the Material table has a max of 74 rows of data and that the Spec table has 26. Unpopulated rows should have entries of 0. Important to maintain exact format (i.e. no extra spaces, exact column alignment, etc..)
