Can an autoplant project settings be changed in the project administrator application by a user other than the projectwise administrator which enabled the projectwise integration?

You may need to add the user group you created to AP Project Admin as well as PW Admin for the integrated project.
OK ... this could be that you created the database with Windows authentication ... when you are integrating with PW it is much easier if you integrate with SQL Server logins ....
Can you send the connect statement from the projectwise table ?
(Or an example conenct string from the project.ini)
