How to Use an Intermediate File (L00) to Review Isometrics Drawings

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, to open an intermediate file to review. 

Background

In OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, each isometrics drawing produces an intermediate file along with other supported file. This Intermediate file with an L00 extension can be found under working isometric folder. User might use this file for reviewing and debugging purpose, which does not require any workspace or specific environment to open this file. Below steps will aid user to get it open in OpenPlant Isometrics Manager environment. Below described case is based on OpenPlant Modeler and OpenPlant Isometrics Manager.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager, select any project from the drop down listing and press OK to continue:



  2. Select Tools> Configuration> Isometric Style tab> ‘Advanced’ option, Open Seed file. 



  3. From ‘Utilities’ option use ‘Key-in’.



  4. Type isoext runl00 c:\AB.l00 in Key-in window to read an intermediate file.

    Where, 
    isoext runl00 is a key-in
    c:\ - To specify a path where an intermediate file is kept
    AB.l00 – File name with an extension


    Note: Please mention the spaces and file path carefully.

  5. It will create a new DGN file and get saved in its corresponding working folder.
