User trying to launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager through Desktop or from Start menu but clicking the icon doesn't launch it and no error message appears.
This was happening because users workspace did not have Untitled.ucf file in \\Workspace\Users folder as shown below.
Since untitled.ucf is default user defined in mslocal.cfg file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\OpenPlantIsometricsManager V8i\OpenPlantIsometricsManager\config as shown below:
Therefore when it doesn't find Untitled.ucf file in workspace it errors out and doesn't open up.
Open the mslocal.cfg file and edit the variable _USTN_USERNAME to reflect the user name which has it's corresponding ucf file in \\Workspace\Users folder.
OR
Copy Untitled.ucf file from default workspace and put it in your workspace.
If there is still some problem and you cannot launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager after trying the above suggestion, then please create a Service Request and contact Bentley Product Advantage group along with the list of all relevant details to get in depth analysis and for possible solution or workarounds.
