Depending on which ProjectWise applications you have installed, you may also have several help files, and it may not always be obvious to you which help file to look in for information. To make things a little easier, there is a file called the "ProjectWise.chm", a help wrapper that provides a single point of entry to all the ProjectWise help files that may be installed on a given computer.
Here's how to use it:
Whichever folder you open the ProjectWise.chm file from, it searches the root of that folder for the following help files, and displays the ones it finds in its table of contents, in this order:
PWAdministrator.chm PWExplorer.chmProjectWise_Geospatial_Administrator_en.chmProjectWise_Geospatial_Explorer_en.chmProjectWiseWebServer.chmProjectWise_Publishing_Server.chmPWAutomationServices.chmPWDistributionSystem.chmOFAdministrator.chmPWDependencyService.chmPWDependencyServiceAdmin.chmPWClassEditor.chmPWRevit.chm
The ProjectWise.chm file does not care what version a particular help file is, so long as the name of the help file matches one of the names listed above. By default not all of the help files are located in the same directory. You may have to copy some into the directory where you save the help wrapper to. For example, the ProjectWiseWebServer.chm is located under C:\Program Files\Bentley\ProjectWise\Web\Documentation. You will need to copy that to C:\Program Files\Bentley\ProjectWise\help for the ProjectWise help wrapper to include it the displayed help files.
