As far as I know it is enough to install application that supports PDF (either for viewing or annotating). Has your user any PDF-supporting application installed?

Projectwise Explorer for Ipad

I have a user that get an error when opening up PDF files "could not find specified documnet". They can see the pdf's adn he is able to open just a text file. is there a program association that needs to be set on the Ipad?
