Hi

I can not open bentley rail track: the following error happen: OS could not load C:\program files ,x86.bentley\bentley rail track v8.11\binCi

vUstAT.dll, error 126.

MDl Loader: Unable to load libraty ,DLL or MDL shared libraty. CivUstAT

Bentley rail track verison is rt081107685en and Microstation version is ms081109608

What do I have to do?

There is a known issue when loading Bentley Map at the startup. This is done when using msgeo user. Are you using such user or one that could load Bentley Map ?
