Can I recreate rails/keypoints for part of an alignment?

Hello, 
 I'm working on a large city-rail (or tram) project, currently consisting of 47 alignments and 56 turnouts. I know my way around the LRM tools, so creating rails, keypoints and joints went OK. However, I just received a request for a change in some of the alignments, some of the curve radii need to change. 
 Is it possible to update (part of) the rails to reflect the changed alignment, without loosing all associated keypoints, turnouts and joints ? Otherwise I will have to do a large amount of work again..... 
 by the way, I'm using PowerRailTrack SS2, v08.11.07.685.

I believe that you will doing a lot of re-work! In 08.11.07.685, I added the capability to extend / trim existing rails and to maintain the keypoints and joints. But that enhancement did not consider modifying the centerline geometry (i.e. changing radii, etc.) and healing all of the rails, keypoints, joints and distance keepers!
