Roadway designer - help for end condition and display rule

Hello!

I have this situation.

I have 2 end condition. With different priority (1,2). They both intersect with the surface and in all time it choses this one with priority 1. I want in some cases to chose the end condition with the priority 2. For this purpose i added some display rules. 

It turns off the priority 1 but display rule keep the solution and end condition 2 never came up.

My solution is to separate the end conditions. And then it work fine, they all (a new mono solution end conditions) have some solution. And by display rule i chose some of them to be displayed.

And here a problem emerge. The first end condition from series end conditions, have point that is projected to surface. This end condition is turned of, and in background keep solving, when others are displayed. In some cases, when the slope is near to the slope of the point, the projection of the surface become beyond the surface. (and even beyond the test surface - 1000m)

And other end conditions become corrupted somehow...

Is there a option that recognize the display rule as end condition preferable choice?
