Displaying Cells in cross sections

Hi all,

I' am facing to a weird issue, I am trying to display a cells in cross sections by using Evaluation ->  cross section -> place Cells/Block command. Power rail displaying cells in no cant areas only!. I used the same steps and the same alignment yesterday and It's worked well.
