Fouling point placement

I have designed one depot layout. I have placed turnouts. Now i want place fouling points.

How to calculate fouling mark at 1 in 7, 190 R turnout.

I got one calculation while google

Fouling point 3.816m = Width of train (3.312m) + Dynamic throw (0.200m) + Central throw (0.142m) + 
End throw (0.162m)

What is dynamic throw here.

And after calculation how to place automatically at all turnouts. If we place there is it possible to generate coordinates for fouling point..?
