Hello, I have 3 questions:

1.What is the function of "Rear articulation" and "Front articulation"? Can I use articulation instead bogie?

2.And how I should merge the result to have just one outer border(component in the case)?

Rear and front articulation are used to connect vehicles, up to 5 in the latest version.
Unfortunately this tool doesn't handle vehicles like the one you attached.

We are a year further now, and I'm on the ss4 edition of PowerRailTrack.

Is it still not possible to create these kind of vehicles ?

This would be disappointing, because trams with five parts on three bogies (two 'floating' middle parts) are getting quite common in European cities.
