Offset value didn't affect the horizontal slew annotation

Question

Hello! 
 There is a way to use regression points of rails to regress CL (the offset value). But the horizontal slew annotation is not affected by the option. Did I miss something or is there an enhancement needed?

Sorry I am not sure to well understand the issue. Would you like to annotate Horizontal slews as the "rest" of the (true point offset from CL) - 0.75 ?

 Example: 
 I have 5 points from from left rail . From them I will regress linear element at 0,75 cm (were must to be the CL). After I created this element I want to create longitudinal profile, and annotate Horizontal slew data to be counted as the fictive point is on 0,75 in direction to the alignment:

Ok. In this case it is not designed to do this. You may fill an enhancement request. 
 As a workaround you can: 
 
 do a clearance report from the horizontal to the cogo points (original rail surveyed points). 
 choose a style where you get the Northing, Easting on the alignment (ClearanceHVOffset), then Save As a text file 
 import the file as regression point if you can override all existing points or as COGO points if you wan to manage points. From the Text Import Wizard select only point name, Northing and Easting on the alignment.
