Cross Section with Profile

Question

I'm unable to create a Cross section including PROFILE, Ex. Track & Right of Way (ROW) 
 proforma is attached 
 
 i have no Idea to attache the ROW and CL of Ex Track lines and profile in Cross section . 
 if possible please share the XIN file with solution. 
 
 Please help me and suggest me the procedure.

To annotate points on cross sections you must annotate features (another way is to use Points from ASCII but out of interest here). 
It means features must be available in a surface: CL should be available in the design surface. ROW should be also available In another surface (maybe existing) and have elevation. If not you can drap on the existing surface (Surface>Design Surface:Drape Surface). 
The features must have a style assigned that display the crossing point as expected. So you must configure the style symbology for cross section point. 
You must display the feature on cross section: usually use Cross Sections:Update Cross Sections then crossing features. it will display the symbol and/or cell as defined in the style. 
You may want also to annotate the feature. This can be done using Cross Sections>Annotate Cross Sections
