Missing link to excel from inside the XML viewer

Hi community

After doing a xlm-report I often forward the data to excel for further analysis.
This I do by right clicking in the report data area and then chose the link to excel in the popup menu.

I have a few colleagues to whom this link is not presented in the popup menu.
We have struggled a bit trying to solve this issue (for example a reinstall or installing a newer version), but we have not been able to fix it.

Questions

1. Can anyone explain why some have this link to excel and others not?
2. What can we do to create the link in the popup menu

We are (now) all using Power Rail Track V8i SS2 ver V08.11.07.685
