Wrong importing of regression from alignments

Hello! 
 I have 4 overlapping alignments, with regression points only. I tried to import all regression points in one alignment. But there occurs some bug: 
 You can see when i visualize the original point its on the correct place, but the point imported in the merged alignment is placed down:

Is this happened to some of you? And how to fix it?

Never seen that before but never did that before. So I don't know what can happen here. Is it for a single point ? As a workaround, One thing you can do is display all points from all alignments then import graphics as cogo points and add cogo points to your alignment.
