The new release of the STAAD SSDD application now better designed for Windows 10, provides steel design according to the Chinese design code GB 50017 has been published and now available on the Fulfilment Centre.
This new release provides a technical preview for the revised design code GB 50010 that although it has not formally been published, you have the ability to see how your designs will fair when the code is formally published. This includes a new reporting style that provides more details in the design that has been performed.
There have been technical updates on the design of models according to the light weight steel buildings with gabled frames, GB 51022-2015.
The graphical display of the model has been updated to provide details of the design on the 3D model.
