I am using the STAAD.Pro analytical modeler and trying to generate an excel sheet with the member numbers listed along with the corresponding member releases. Is there a way to do this ?

Although there is no direct way of doing this, you may follow the steps listed next 

From the Start Up page of STAAD.Pro, choose Configure > File Format > Write expanded list

Open the model and Save the file using the graphic user interface.

The release commands would then be written in a single line format as shown next

Copy the block of data

Open a new sheet in Excel and choose the Use Text Import Wizard as shown next

Keep selecting the Next button inside the Text Import wizard and eventually the Finish button and you would get the data imported as shown next
