Prefixes and suffixes for offsets in Drafting Notes are defined in File>Project Options on the Abbreviations tab.
On the Annotate Cross Section leaf, go to Segments>Points - toggle OFF slope and toggle ON Alternate Slope. Check "Display Absolute Slopes" and set the "Use Alternate Slope if Slope Exceeds" to something very small such as 0.01%.
In the Roadway Designer go to Corridor > Corridor Management and choose the Copy From button, browse to the other IRD file and select the corridors to copy, then hit the OK button.
