[IRv8i] Parametric Constraints, Display Rules and Parent component

Hi,

In an urban template, I have a concrete curb. For the curb height I decided
to use Parametrict Constraints. To achieve that the label for Vertical
Constrainr of concrete curb was set. I set a display rule for that curb to
decide whether to display curb component or not. The curb is not displayed
when its height is less than 2 cm. Some other components ig, gutter has
concrete component as a Parent component. These should appear only when the
curb is displayed. I tested this template in Create Templet Window by
removing vertical constraint from curb and moving point to change curb's
height. Everything works great. Curb and its children components are not
displayed for curb height is less than 2 cm.

The problem occurs in Roadway Designer. In station range where Parametric
Constraints control curb height to keep it less than 2 cm the curb is not
displayed, however its children components (gutter, concrete pad, etc) are
still displayed.

What can cause this issue that in Create Template my template works and it
fails in Roadway Designer.
