what element type are the elements you are trying to store? also, do you have very small elements?

They would be lines, line strings and arcs. We had a little class on CM and the suggestion for abutments was to run the corridor past the abutment and then slice up from the abutment. Since the plan graphics stopped at the bridge, the user extended the plan graphics beyond that point and then went to reimport them into CM and this is when the error occured.
ok so it is not the store graphics tool. it may be easier to store it as a chain in cogo and import the chain into corridor modeler
I'll suggest it but he already has a lot of plan graphics drawn in the file already. And his templates reference the plan graphics so that would take some extra work too. Do any of the develpers know what this error code points too?
i understand.. i researched that error message and it is too general to pinpoint where. the problem with graphics is that unless they are "clean", they can be troublesome. have him zoom in close and check those elements and see if he has overlaps, loops, double elements, etc.
