From Revit, when you "Create the repository", the Structural Synchronizer window will launch as you noted. In this viewer you need to hit the [Update Repository] button to complete the action.
Using revit 2010 I'm creating aN ISM repository.
After mapping the members the file opens within the synchroniser window within approx 2 minutes and looks pretty good.
the question is how can i save this file.
Expanding the window shows that although the task bar has reached 100% it says it's still writing the repository.
You will notice that this is still the case 2hrs and 22 minutes later.
is something failing to happen? or am I misunderstanding the process
How can I save the .ism.dgn file to allow it to be opened across the network by another office in a different time zone to create a file in RAM or Staad?
