You are correct. The settings are not saved across sessions in STAAD.Pro 20.07.11.50. What that means is, when you close out of the model, as long as you are inside the same STAAD.Pro session, you can reopen the model and you will get the same settings. However when you close out of STAAD.Pro and get back into it and reopen the model, the settings are reset to the defaults. I understand that retaining the settings is possibly important for your work. I have logged this as a defect and we will get this issue addressed.

I had the same problems with 20.07.11.50 and I am still getting the same problems with version 20.07.11.70

The issue ( id# 376886 ) has been posted as suggested in my last post. This has not been worked upon in 20.07.11.70 though. I have requested for it to be considered for the next release.

I see that this problem has still not been resolved in 20.07.11.82

I've given up on Select Series 6 and Connection Client altogether, preferring instead to use Select Series 5 20.07.10.64 which seems to me to be the most recent substantially bug-free version.

May I know the bugs that you found in STAAD.Pro SS6 ?
Please install STAAD.Pro SS6 20.07.11.82, the newest release and try.
