On the staad example no. 9 regarding shear wall analysis, the wall is connected to columns & beams using surface mesh command. could anyone help if we model it without columns & beams as most shear wall do in the building. because i tried modeling a 4storey building and using floor load, the load can't be read near the shear wall if without a beam attached to it.

You need to provide dummy members for floor load generation. Else, the load will not be generated. That is, floor load generation requires closed panels to be formed by beam entities, to succesfully generate the loads
