Does the implementation automatically classify the joints to be code checked?

No. If the STAAD model is run for the first time, the program assumes a Y joint classification. However, if the actual joint classification is different, the user needs to edit the filename.PUN file and specify the actual classification. Once this is done, the STAAD file needs to be rerun to consider the specified Joint Classification.
