Resolved Issues

1. List Index Out of Bounds error when opening some existing tilt-up wall models in the Tilt-Up Wall Module.
2. Small fix in the implementation of equation H1-2 of the AISC Design Specification.
3. Automatic mass generation fix when downward pressures in shells were present in the model.
4. Eigen Value Analysis fix for models with rigid end offsets.
5. Fix in the load conditions considered in the design of BS 5950-1.
6. Removal of Kl/r and L/r warnings from the information window after the design.
7. Fix in the masonry bearing wall design for effective depths equal to 6t.
8. Fix in the analysis engine degrees of freedom for 2D models (last tab of the Analysis dialog window).
9. Several other minor fixes.
