can not creat a New Project on Bentley Substation

Does anyone know why when I try to creat a New Project using Demo Version of Bentley Substation the following appears on the screenscreen "Object reference not set to an instance of an object TargetSite: System.String PathToUnc(System.String) DeclaringType:ECT.ECAD.API.ShareCollection Attributes:Public static MemberType:Method"?
