Bentley products are organized by product families and publications represent the help for a specific product version and language. In the documentation center landing page, product family tiles display to enable users to select a publication by clicking on the tile to open the online documentation in any Web browser. Users can now provide feedback on the publication associated with a topic or portion of a topic.
We will be continually adding product documentation to this portal.
What is and where can I find the Fulfillment Centre?
Fulfillment Center is our current software delivery mechanism -- see select.bentley.com/.../LTY3Njc1Mjc0OF80LjAuMi4w;PackageTypeId=157 for documentation deliverables.
Phil- A) where is the online documentation now (I do not see it in Fulfillment) and B) won't moving it there render web searches completely useless?
There are two things we are working towards... one is making current release product documentation available online, complete with searchability, the ability to "publish" PDF documents of sections, a feedback loop, etc. The second part is making the previous release available via downloadable deliverable. Both of these things are being worked on in parallel (since we have the latter, it is a matter of sorting out which of those things will be put on Fulfillment Center). Hope this clarifies things a bit...
Phil: in the interim, is there a suggested alternative (other than downloading product) to look at only the documentation if the Product Forums and Wikis don't provide the needed info? it was very convenient to just download the Help file to look for items rather than the whole product.
If downloading the full program is it, that's fine...just looking for options.

docs.bentley.com is under construction since month, why did you disabled the "old" system if you do not have anything new in short time?
The "old" system presented various issues that needed to be addressed immediately. The only recourse was shutting it down, which is what we did (had to do... more accurately). We are, however, moving very much along to get a more modern, robust system in place for online product documentation.
What is the Bentley commitment for this site going operational for customers ??? April 14th ???
Although we have not made a commitment (yet), we are working on a system and hope to have something to show late Q1'15 or early Q2'15 (barring any challenges we have yet to encounter).
Phil Chouinard is there an update on this project?
We are still moving forward with this. Some unforeseen issues have come up that have delayed the project, but we continue to work towards providing online documentation.

We have made good progress with the "LiveContent Upgrade and Reach Implementation Project" which will allow to fully integrate the delivery of Bentley product-related content to the Bentley Communities. However, we are still experiencing some issues that have further delayed the project. Nonetheless, we are getting closer towards our objective of providing online documentation through the Bentley Communities.
