The Campuses community is an area for members to explore complex facilities such as airports, military installations, and major event facilities that require a holistic approach to the design, construction and management of buildings and their supporting infrastructure.
Campuses may involve Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), and infrastructure disciplines including roads, communication networks, and electric, water, and gas utilities.
Members will learn about the need for BIM and Geospatial interoperability, and to integrate facilities with their supporting infrastructure. Discussion topics include industry challenges and how to overcome them.
