In MicroStation V8, a change was made to the Label Coordinates tool so that when a rotated ACS is applied, it would use the coordinates of the ACS rather than the default design plane coordinates.To label your coordinates using the default coordinate system (rather than the active ACS) use the following keyin: label useacs toggle
In MicroStation V8i, the keyin is no longer available. Instead, select and set the active ACS via the Drawing Scale dialog. The Label Coordinates tool will then use whatever ACS is active.
NOTE: The Label Coordinates tool does not provide the ability to label latitude and longitude coordinates.
