The Bentley Support Policy is designed to help user organizations proactively manage their use of Bentley desktop applications, servers and services, and license administration services.
The policy describes the phases of eligibility for specific support services and provides the current and planned support status for all versions of Bentley software. Older versions of Bentley software are scheduled to move the Expiring Support or Support Discontinued status. Please review the policy thoroughly, as soon as possible, so that you can plan effectively for your organization.
