It can't just be me. Today, I went to log a service ticket and it took almost a half hour to find the web page where this could be accomplished. This did not used to be so hard to find. I think there should be a link right on the Bentley Home page for something as important as this to their clients.
I'm not even sure if I could find my way back right now.
