My community profile is reset

Hi

I changed the e-mail on my profile earlier this month. But that destroyed my profile. For a while it did not even show my name, just a GUID. That has been fixed now, but all my history is gone and even worse, I have lost my access to the Bentley Developer network forum.

I filed a supprt case, but not much have happend. How can this be fixed?

  • Hello Frode,

    It appears that when you changed your email, a new account was created and linked to that new email address. We have seen this happen occasionally with some older accounts like yours (which was created in 2007).

    I have fixed this up and merged the two accounts, which now have the correct email address. You should be able to log in now, see all your previous settings, posts, etc. Let us know if you experience any other problems.

    I have also updated your Service Request with these details. Apologies for the delay and inconvenience.
