Select Service Service Requests.

I need to know the chain to get a resolution of problems that are as old as this product (BA)

I have issues that are still not resolved in teh new Beta and don't know if I need to switch to another product.

WE have no NEW 2d utilities since BA took over MicroArchitect 12 years ago

Not all work is done in 3d and the most major of the issues are not fixed in this version.

I am told and have been told in the past "the new version fixes all these issues so you need to upgrade"

Then the newest product comes around and it has more problems than the past version.

Then I am told (by Bentley staff)  You should not have issued all new versions have problems and it is best to wait.

I am then told if I have issues to contact my sales rep.  A rep that files a service ticket that goes to support, than then goes to to development that says it is WAD to not plot, closes the ticket or totally ignores the ticket for years and in one case still cannot plot after 4 years.

Then support tellss me to contact the sales rep and the sales rep writes a service ticket and tell me to talk to support then support gets to programmers who have never drawn a building in their life and tells support it is as designed then support tells me there is nothing they can do and sends me to the customer service rep who writes a  service ticket...................

And by the way the rep writes a service ticket and tells me they will follow through then disappears for six months then I dig aroudn and find there is a new rep and no one is fillowing through on any of their commitments they just drop into space.  I am on service rep #4 in the last two years without any follow through.

The only time I get service is when I am asked to pay to be a beta tester for a very weak (at best) architectural (peice of architectural ) product.
