We had a MicroStation problem this morning where the display looked terrible and was stopping the user from working.I logged an ST with Tech Support with the automated response coming in at 09.45. At 10.35 I received a response from Support with a solution to the problem - revert graphic card driver back to an older driver. Half an hour later the user was up and running and all was well.
This is a big thank you to Tech Support to responding to this issue promptly and suggesting a solution. Can't ask for better service!!
