New bentley.com website feedback

I went to download a product today and encountered the new Bentley.com website.  It does look slick.  

However; I tried for a few minutes to find the product downloads page and failed, and searching for downloads didn't get me any closer.  I eventually called support (fairly quickly) and they were able to walk me through it, so I can download again.

My feedback is this - I needed to call support to find something I could use previously.  I think that's an indication of a design failure and or a communication failure.  That I was unable to search to find information on how to download was disappointing, and as a general feedback I didn't find the new method to finding downloads intuitive.  I hope for future changes some notification can be sent out so I won't need to contact support.

I assume you know how to access the Support section of the website now (top right corner) and how to access the Personal Portal page. This would be the central location for anything relating to Support including Bentley Community, Service Request Manager, Software Downloads, Contact Details etc. Please do get back to us if there are further issues that you might like to discuss.

    Andrew - where does one find the list of telephone numbers for Select Subscribers to use in contacting Bentley in order to request help ? I can't seem to find them on the "new" layout.

    Basically once you sign into the Personal Portal (Connect.bentley.com), click the "Select" button and choose "Support contact information".
