I'm not sure what's the deal with the Software Downloads section, but for past 12 months, it had been extremely slow whenever I needed to download some installation file.
Everytime I went there, I had to use all three browsers: Chrome, IE and Firefox (latest version at the time) and out of the 3, usualy there's only 1 worked best at any given time, and there would be 1 not working at all.
For today, the winner was Firefox and the loser is IE and Chrome. It's a game of browser roulette

Hi Tuan - We've not really had any complaints about the speed of Software downloads. Does this happen when downloading from other sites?Have you had an opportunity to download from a different location?Regards,
