I've recently changed firms and therefore, have two different Bentley accounts. However, my previous account had a substantial amount of service requests answered that contains important information that I'd like to retrieve. Unfortunately, my email address for that account is now deactivated and I am unable to log-in.
Without searching through the entire community questions, is it possible to retrieve the community information (not personal information) tied to that account?
