I got an email this morning saying that there are changes to Bentleys Support Policy. It said if I need help upgrading to the CONNECT Edition to reach out to the Upgrade Team. I did so by clicking the link and sending an email but it failed to deliver. I tried again and it failed to deliver a second time. The link opened a message to UpgradeAssistance@bentley.com. Is this email not valid? I need to discuss with someone exactly what these changes mean. We have been using deployed SELECTserver for many, many years. We have upgraded the software to CONNECT edition when available and we registered all our users. I guess the program still gets the license from SELECTserver though, right? I don't know. I find all of this very confusing and having an email address to send questions to that doesn't work doesn't help.
