Hi,
SR 7000813704 was created in approximately a month and a half ago. Almost three weeks ago, I submitted an "update request" in the ticket. To date, I have had absolutely no feedback. I don't know if someone is working on it, or it has been forgotten.
How do I get a status on this SR?

In general, you can check the status of your Service Requests via the Service Request Manager. Sign in to connect.bentley.com (the Connection Center), scroll down and click "My Service Requests". This also enables you to enter a comment. You can read a bit more about the Service Request Manager here: Service Request Manager
