We at Maryland DOT, have been holding quarterly meetings with the ACEC-MD to discuss various issues with our workspace and our ongoing efforts towards our incremental migration to Open Roads Designer. It occurs to me that having the group a a Bentley Community might prove useful. What is the procedure to apply to become a Bentley User Community on the Newsgroups?
