Hi, As of 3/7/2019, the Service Request Manager (https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport) is missing the latest versions of things. 1) Bentley View Connect is not even listed as a product--only "Bentley View V8i"2) Microstation Update 12 is not listed--only through Microstation Update 11.
Why doesn't the release process include getting this set up? If anything, the support should be set up prior to releasing the product. Can we get the products listed here added to this support webpage?
Thanks, Robert. I am looking into this. Perhaps there was an unexpected delay in this case (I see Update 12 was just released a couple days ago)
For now, if you need to submit an SR, please select the next closest option and note in the SR details the specific version you're using.

Thank you for pointing this out. It is part of our release process but I see that there was an error with the version sync job - apologies for this. We are working on the resolution and I expect it will be resolved by EOB Friday.
I have been able to fix Bentley View CONNECT Edition, both released versions are now available in SRM.
