Service Request Manager missing products & versions

Hi,  As of 3/7/2019, the Service Request Manager (https://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport) is missing the latest versions of things. 
1) Bentley View Connect is not even listed as a product--only "Bentley View V8i"
2) Microstation Update 12 is not listed--only through Microstation Update 11.

Why doesn't the release process include getting this set up?  If anything, the support should be set up prior to releasing the product.   Can we get the products listed here added to this support webpage?
